Manufacturing Excellence Specialist

As a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist, you'll drive Continuous Improvement activities and lead the implementation and sustainment of Operational Excellence pillars across the plant.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in production or maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing others in Continuous Improvement techniques
• Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive a culture of continuous improvement
• Working knowledge of Lean / CI principles (Green Belt or similar preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision making
• Ability to work effectively across multiple shifts and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; Catalan is an advantage
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with focus on safety, quality, and operational discipline
