Requirements

• Follow established safety, hygiene, and quality practices, policies, and procedures specified by the plant and corporate guidelines.
• Operate change stations based on plant safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
• Perform operational production functions: balance, discharge, and package product as required.
• Conduct visual inspections of product in process and finished product.
• Support product changes.
• Support the Maintainer as needed.
• Maintain work area order and cleanliness.
• Provide clear and accurate information to the next shift.
