Manufacturing Operator

Role Overview

Join the Ball team as a Manufacturing Operator and contribute to the world's leading manufacturer of sustainable aluminum packaging. You will be an important member of the team, reporting to the Production Group Leader, and will be responsible for safely and reliably operating and maintaining production equipment.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include operating equipment safely and consistently, monitoring machine performance, following safety rules, supporting basic troubleshooting, performing regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, and carrying out quality checks.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in operating equipment in a technical, mechanical, or industrial environment
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hand tools, and measuring instruments
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for common mechanical or graphic problems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform simple checks
• Ability to follow step-by-step operating procedures, including startup and shutdown
• Basic computer skills for communication and task completion
• High school diploma or equivalent, and successful completion of the required technical aptitude test
