AI Agent & Automation Specialist

We are seeking an AI Agent & Automation Specialist to develop and maintain sophisticated automation workflows, integrating AI-driven solutions, and ensuring seamless collaboration between global departments.

Requirements

• 3+ years in AI automation, technical integration, or a similar role.
• Proven hands-on experience building workflows and AI agents specifically using n8n and comparable platforms like Make.com.
• Experience building AI chatbots, including setting up and optimizing RAG-based knowledge bases for accurate performance.
• Strong experience working with APIs, webhooks, and databases.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs and the practicalities of integrating them into business workflows.
• Ability to document processes clearly so they can be managed and scaled across global teams.
• Clear English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.
