Job Description
An Executive Assistant is needed to serve as the central coordination point for a company supporting multiple businesses across construction, real estate development, brokerage, and investment operations. The role requires a proactive and reliable professional to manage priorities, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive/Admin Assistant
- Experience in construction, real estate, or property development is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel
- Demonstrated excellence in organization, task management, and follow-up
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Proactive, structured, and reliable work approach
- Ability to manage high volumes of communication efficiently
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Indonesian (advantageous but not required)
