We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help build and scale BambooHR's AI platform, powering the next generation of intelligent product experiences. This team creates the foundation for AI-first development across the company, including LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, and observability systems that enable other teams to confidently build and operate AI-driven features.
Requirements
- Design and build core components of our AI platform, including LLM orchestration, agent workflows, and observability systems
- Lead the development of scalable, reliable systems that integrate seamlessly into BambooHR’s product ecosystem
- Improve the platform by evolving our systems, tooling, and development practices
- Write code for back end processes and experiences, tooling, automation, and our industry-leading applications
- Research technologies and engineer complete solutions to problems
- Propose and implement performance optimizations and scaling strategies
- Work with the rest of the team to integrate your projects into the application
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes
- Mentor and guide engineers
- Understand and apply business needs to the technical solutions
