Job description
The laundry is the beating heart of Bamford Collection. Every single part of our business produces laundry in some form. The Laundry Assistant will handle all chemicals safely, collect and transport soiled linen, operate commercial washing machines and tumble dryers, and maintain accurate records of linen quantities.
Unload, inspect, and quality-check all items for stains, damage, or wear prior to finishing. Iron, press, and fold linen to the required standard using flatwork ironers, steam presses, and hand irons.
Previous experience in a laundry environment is desirable but not essential. Ability to operate industrial laundry equipment, or willingness to learn.
