Area Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Area Manager to join our Franchise Operations team in Warwick. In this hands-on role, you’ll work directly with franchise nurseries to drive occupancy, improve family experiences, and strengthen operational performance across the UK.

What You Will Do

Deliver hands-on operational support to franchise nurseries, conduct nursery visits, support franchisees and nursery managers, and monitor and report on nursery performance indicators.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an early years or childcare setting
• Solid working knowledge of nursery operations and the EYFS framework
• Demonstrable experience supporting or coaching nursery teams to improve performance, occupancy, or operational standards
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret occupancy data and business performance metrics
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to nursery locations across the franchise network
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital platforms
