Job description
We're hiring an IT Support Analyst to be our dedicated UK technology resource. Based at our head office in Warwick, you'll own IT support across our nursery network and HQ — diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues independently and confidently.
Own IT support for nursery locations and HQ, end-to-end from first contact to resolution, manage and resolve tickets, diagnose and fix issues across hardware, networking, end-user devices, and software.
3+ years in a hands-on helpdesk or field IT support role, strong troubleshooting skills, Microsoft 365 administration experience, full UK driving licence, clear communicator with non-technical users, degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
