The Senior Vice President, Originator will develop new client relationships with ventured-backed technology companies, lead originations efforts, and structure debt financing. They will also support existing client needs and market the Bank to venture capital firms and growth equity firms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of venture technology innovation banking experience
- Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience or training
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations and laws, including but not limited to Regulation Z, Regulation B, Fair Housing Act, and Bank Secrecy Act
