Lead Infant Guide

Ohana Child Development Center is seeking a qualified Lead Infant Guide to provide respectful, encouraging and cognitively stimulating programming for infants. The Lead Infant Guide will foster a supportive and collaborative educational atmosphere, provide primary care-giving, and effectively communicate with school and corporate leadership, parents, and teachers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and MACTE accredited Montessori certification or RIE training preferred
• 5+ years working in an infant environment
• Primary caregiving techniques
• Skilled in observation techniques and documentation
• Communication skills (oral and written)
