Product Analyst

Bandwidth is seeking a data-driven, collaborative, and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join the Messaging Product Operations team. The role involves using data to support and optimize Messaging product performance and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Entry-level experience
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, formula building, and data manipulation
• Proficiency in SQL, including querying, filtering, joining, and aggregating data
• Ability to transform raw data into insights and presentations that support operational and product decisions
