Bandwidth, a global software company, is seeking a Sr. Software Development Manager (Voice) to lead teams and drive technical and organizational strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of people management experience within an Agile environment
- Proven track record leading multiple teams (or a large, cross-functional team) that design, build, operate, and support the software they write
- Experience driving technical and organizational strategy, including partnering with product and architecture leaders to shape roadmaps and strategy
