The Service Coordinator - Preventive Maintenance tracks and updates PM service information, schedules and coordinates PM jobs, and maintains accurate records of labor time, parts, supplies, purchases, warranties, and oil analysis.
Requirements
- Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance appointments
- Manage and maintain preventive maintenance service agreements and contracts
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of maintenance activities and service records
- Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Sales departments
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Assist in generating reports related to preventive maintenance activities and performance metrics
- Support the Service Department by tracking and maintaining the preventive maintenance calendar and ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Drive improvements in PM Department efficiency and customer retention
