Shift Leader - The Dusty Boot Saloon & Dance Hall

We’re seeking a Shift Leader to join us at The Dusty Boot Saloon & Dance Hall, a western-themed restaurant and bar in downtown Banff, Canada. The successful candidate will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in ensuring a smooth running of restaurant service, handle customer concerns, and set up the restaurant for a successful service.

Requirements

• ProServe certification
• Previous serving and bartending experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible schedule required
• Strong work ethic and a positive team player
• Previous supervisory experience is an asset
