Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our Global Business Services team in India. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for performing independent price verification, valuation adjustments, and prudent valuations for various asset classes in Global Markets. You will work closely with front office, middle office, traders, valuation control, and methodology teams to drive control agenda across the business. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Global Markets Valuation Control role, with a strong background in valuation control and a proven track record of communicating effectively with personnel from various areas within an organization.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant/CPA /CFA / MBA from Tier I/II institute
• 10+ years of experience in Global Markets Valuation Control role
• CFA / FRM certified candidates would be preferred
• Alteryx / Tableau / Python knowledge would be an added advantage
• Effective communication skills with English proficiency
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Strong team player
• Ability to analyze issues independently and derive solutions
• Analytical skills
• Inherent sense of principles of control through experience and sound judgment
