Barbaricum is seeking a Training Director II (Training and Development Manager) to lead the development and execution of cyber training programs supporting Department of Defense (DoD) missions.
Requirements
- Lead the planning, development, coordination, and execution of cyber training programs supporting Department of Defense (DoD) mission requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop effective training strategies, curricula, and exercise objectives.
- Manage and oversee cyber range and computer test bed training activities, ensuring realistic and mission-focused training environments.
- Supervise training personnel and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure successful program execution and continuous improvement.
- Integrate IT, networking, cellular, and operational technologies into training scenarios to enhance training effectiveness and mission realism.
- Monitor training program performance, assess outcomes, and implement improvements based on participant feedback and mission requirements.
- Coordinate resources, schedules, and logistics necessary to support training events and exercise execution.
- Develop training documentation, reports, briefings, and performance metrics for leadership and government stakeholders.
- Ensure training programs align with applicable DoD policies, cybersecurity requirements, and organizational objectives.
