Customer Operations & Supply Chain Internship

Barilla is looking for a Customer Operations & Supply Chain Intern to support the Customer Service and Supply Chain teams in ensuring efficient order cycle execution and high service levels for customers. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage order flows, monitor performance, and resolve operational challenges in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Requirements

• Recently graduated (or about to graduate) in Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields
• Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken)
• Strong interest in supply chain, logistics, and customer service operations
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
