Barr is seeking a substation physical design engineer to join their electrical engineering team in a hybrid or remote role. The engineer will support the development of substation physical design deliverables for utility upgrades, interface with clients, and be responsible for understanding client and internal standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in substation physical design
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or ability to obtain within one year
- Power Systems Analysis experience (SKM, EasyPower, ETAP)
- Possession of a current, valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
