Junior Stress Analyst

Join Barrios Technology, an engineering solutions partner with 45 years of experience supporting NASA and the commercial space industry. We're seeking a Junior Stress Analyst to support structural analysis tasks for our NASA/JSC customer in the Structures Branch.

What You Will Do

Perform classical hand calculations for stress analysis, create finite element models, apply loads and boundary conditions, and calculate margins of safety for parts and assemblies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
• 1 year of experience in the field or a related area
• Familiarity with desktop software applications (MS Office)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
