Home Performance Expert (Outside Sales)

Barron Heating AC Electrical & Plumbing is seeking a Home Performance Expert (Outside Sales) to support the company's growth by providing heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing services in Northwest Washington. The role involves supporting scheduling, customer service, and maintaining a strong working relationship with team members. Must be able to climb roof tops and into attic/crawl spaces and contribute to company’s growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Industry Sales Experience (HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing)
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Competitiveness, self-motivation, and strong communication skills
• Teamwork and Customer Service
