Traineeprogramm START IN Coatings - IT (m/w/d)

BASF Coatings GmbH is seeking a trainee in the Coatings IT department to join the START IN Coatings program. This 18-24 month program offers practical experience, strategic insights into BASF Coatings' business, and the opportunity to rotate through various departments. The program aims to integrate trainees into the SAP system and train them for future positions in the Digital Solutions & IT Architecture department.

Requirements

• Completed Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Economics with an IT focus or comparable field
• First practical experience in project management
• Vocational knowledge in agile methods like SCRUM or Design Thinking
• International experience (e.g. practice or abroad semester)
• Fundamental understanding of SAP (FIORI, APIs)
• Basic knowledge of programming languages like SQL, ABAP or Python
• Fluent English in written and spoken, German proficiency is desirable
• Right to work in Germany
