Java Backend Developer (m/f/d)

We're a leading global company in the paint sector, seeking a Java Backend Developer to join our team. As a developer, you'll design, develop, and maintain robust backend services, collaborate with your colleagues, and contribute to planning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science, software engineering or similar
• Professional experience of around 3-5 years with Java (≥ 21), and building applications and backend in a productive environment
• Experience with Spring Boot (3.x) and Spring modules
• Knowledge of JPA 2 / Hibernate
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices
• Knowledge of SQL databases, ideally PostgreSQL
• Experience with testing (JUnit or other)
• Familiarity with microservices and cloud
• Experience with Docker; Kubernetes is a plus
• Use of IntelliJ IDEA
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Good level of communication in English and Spanish
