Job Description
The Assistant Produce Team Lead role is focused on leading a produce department, providing excellent customer service, and meeting department goals. This is a Produce Team Lead in training, responsible for producing fresh produce, merchandising, and maintaining inventory. The position requires customer service and a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Directing produce department personnel.
- Communicating with the store lead and production supervisors.
- Ordering and receiving produce and merchandise.
- Maintaining product levels and merchandising.
- Monitoring pricing, signage, and placement.
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and stocking.
