HR adviseur HQ

We are looking for a dynamic HR Advisor to join our international headquarters in Hoofddorp. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in advising and supporting managers in the implementation of our HR policy, providing concrete solutions in areas such as onboarding, evaluation, performance, remuneration, absence, and dismissal. You will work closely with managers from all HQ departments and contribute to various HR projects that help the organization further.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO degree in an HR-related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably including experience with standardizing and recording HR processes
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations around Dutch labor law
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
• Minimum availability of 32 hours per week
