Narratives & Communications Lead

We're looking for a Narratives & Comms lead to tell the story of Basis, a company that equips accountants with AI agents to take on real workflows. The role requires crafting a company narrative that stands out, especially to best-in-class ML/eng talent.

Requirements

• Excellent writer with a corpus of public writing
• First principles reasoner who can break down complex technical problems
• Understanding of the zeitgeist, including what best-in-class engineers/technologists think and care about
• Taste and judgment to distinguish between authentic and packaged messaging
• Ability to work full-time, with a willingness to be all-in on the role and the company's vision
