Visual Designer (NYC)

We're looking for a Visual Designer to bring creative ways to reach our audience and define our visual identity across web presence, marketing channels, and product.

Requirements

• Define and shape our visual identity
• Work closely with all our marketing initiatives
• Help us come up with creative ways to reach our audience
• Execute to a high standard across various platforms
• Comfortable taking ownership of ambiguity
• Prefer working in the open and default to sharing early and often
• Happy with a bit of chaos and adrenaline that comes from being in a fast-moving product team
• Excited about metrics-driven experimentation
• Strong sense of taste and intuitive sense for good copy
• Comfortable with HTML and CSS
• Experience with video and experimentation
