Senior Staff React Native Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior Staff React Native Engineer, you'll remain deeply hands-on while shaping the technical direction of our mobile platform. You'll take ownership of the hardest problems, influence architectural decisions, and elevate the engineers around you — all while continuing to ship production code at a high velocity.

What You Will Do

Lead by example through high-impact code contributions across critical areas of the mobile stack, own the most complex technical initiatives, and set technical direction for mobile architecture.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of engineering experience
• Deep expertise in React Native and mobile architecture
• Proven track record of owning and shipping large, technically complex systems end-to-end
• Strong architectural instincts, but biased toward pragmatic execution
• Able to influence technical direction through clarity of thinking and strength of implementation
• Experienced in high-growth environments where you've helped systems evolve under rapid scale
