Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care, monitors the health care of individuals, and assists with accessing appropriate health care. The LPN works collaboratively with Direct Care Staff/CNAs, provides training and leadership, and facilitates communication with medical professionals.
Requirements
- Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Proficient in clinical and professional interpersonal skills, verbal, writing, and computer skills
