The Inventory Manager at Bayport Laboratories is responsible for overseeing all inventory control operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across the warehouse. This role leads inventory staff, implements best practices, and drives continuous improvement in inventory management processes to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory records, develop and implement inventory control procedures, monitor inventory performance metrics, supervise inventory staff, and collaborate with procurement and vendors.
This role requires strong leadership and team management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail and organizational skills.
