Plant Manager

The Plant Manager is responsible for leading the overall operation of the manufacturing facility, driving a culture of safety, product quality, and cost management while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' supervisory or management experience
• Experience with LTL/TL freight coordination and transportation management systems (TMS)
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Strong understanding of manufacturing safety standards, lean principles, and quality control processes
