Requirements
- Professional experience in customer service, claims processing, debt management, and debt collection
- Strong communication skills in goal-oriented and solution-oriented customer negotiations
- Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
- Well-developed team, communication, and conflict skills
- Secure and efficient handling of SAP R/3 FI and common MS Office programs
