
Job description
The IT Associate Support Analyst provides technical support and troubleshooting services to internal users. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. The analyst will work within defined Service Level Expectations (SLEs) and may be assigned ad-hoc projects.
Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware, software, and networks, provide technical assistance via phone, email, chat, or in-person, install, configure, and update computer hardware, software, and peripherals, log all support requests, and document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of technical experience supporting Banking or financial services, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
