
Job description
Responsible for providing day-to-day support for business-critical systems, ensuring operational stability, and quickly resolving incidents. This role ensures timely incident resolution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement for critical deposit pricing and rewards capabilities supporting the bank’s consumer and commercial product portfolios.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve lower to medium-priority technical issues with guidance from senior engineers, support day-to-day monitoring of system performance and batch processes, collaborate with business vendor and cross-functional teams to resolve technical incidents, and assist in automating routine production support/business tasks.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and six to ten years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience, in-depth knowledge in information systems, understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function, and ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems.
