We are seeking a Financial Controller to support financial performance across the EMEA region through sharp monthly reporting, budgeting, and rolling forecasts. In this role, you'll analyze variances, turn insights into action, support audits, and contribute to ad-hoc projects that keep the business moving forward.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics or Finance (University/College) or similar experience
- Hands-on experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably with a focus on controlling, financial analysis, or related areas
- Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Number crushing mindset
- Strong numeric and analytical skills and capable of analyzing processes
- Dedicated and eager to learn
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience from a multinational company, with exposure to international finance processes, reporting standards, and cross-border collaboration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex financial models, use advanced functions, and analyze large datasets
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems (SAP, VENA) as a plus
- Experience in using financial modeling and analysis tools
- Ability to create various types of charts and graphs to visually represent data
- Power BI knowledge and AI skills as a plus
