VIP Travel Consultant

As a VIP Travel Consultant, you will perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers and be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels. You will provide active travel consultation, including providing travel details and up-selling related products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a travel agent handling VIP Travel, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience preferably working for a travel management company
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Mid to advanced level skills in GDS Sabre – we provide dedicated training in Sabre too!
• Willingness to flex from time to time on roster start and finish times
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must have full working rights in AU
