Job Description
A large financial services firm is seeking a Regional Vice President, Retirement Plan Sales, to cover the Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota territory. The role involves driving growth in retirement plan sales through Financial Professionals, TPAs, RIAs, and DC I/O firms, promoting the firm's solutions and alliance partner offerings, and providing consultative support during the prospecting process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a retirement plan wholesaling role
- 7+ years of experience working with retirement plans
- Series 6 or Series 7 and Series 63 required
- Strong, in-depth knowledge of ERISA regulations and retirement plan design
- Success selling full-service defined contribution recordkeeping and administrative solutions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
