The Director, Human Resources provides strategic HR Business Partner leadership and support primarily to our US Commercial organization and Global Customer Service and leads a small team of HRBPs.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field
- 10 years progressive professional experience as HRBP
- Professional of Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) Certification
- Ability to drive change management, strategic business partnering, organizational effectiveness/development, employment law, and people leadership
