Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (MBA, MHA, MS)
• 7+ years in healthcare consulting, operational improvement, or transformation delivery
• Experience in matrixed consulting environments with cross-functional delivery teams
• Expertise in Lean/Six Sigma and change management methodologies
• Clinical literacy across Pharmacy or Nursing preferred
• Proven success in benefits realization, KPI management, and delivery standardization
• Strong executive influence, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Travel Requirement: Up to 65%
