GIE EDI Staff Engineer

We are seeking a GIE EDI Staff Engineer to lead the introduction of new equipment and technologies into manufacturing, drive process improvement, and ensure sustained post-ramp performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, and proven leadership skills in equipment design, automation, and process integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering experience
• Strong working knowledge of labeling, printing, and barcode specifications
• Deep technical expertise in complex manufacturing equipment and tooling systems
• Advanced proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or equivalent)
• Strong technical project leadership skills
• Demonstrated mastery of structured problem-solving and data-driven decision making
• Comprehensive understanding of GMP, ISO standards, FDA-regulated quality systems, and Lean Manufacturing principles
