Senior Packaging Engineer

Role Overview

Provide leadership and direction to all disciplines involved in packaging related changes, develop cost-effective and compliant packaging solutions, and lead packaging validation activities.

What You Will Do

Troubleshoot packaging-related issues, manage engineering documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support technology transfer activities.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong knowledge of packaging validation, sterilization, and ISO 11607 (Medical Packaging) is required. Good communication skills, dynamic attitude, and ability to work under pressure are also necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in packaging and manufacturing or equivalent
• Certified Packaging Professional (CPP – IoPP) - Optional
• Strong knowledge of packaging validation, sterilization, and ISO 11607 (Medical Packaging)
• Good communication skills
• Dynamic, positive attitude with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and take initiative
