Business Development Senior Associate

The Business Development Senior Associate plays a pivotal role in driving local and industry revenue growth by enhancing market presence and identifying new business opportunities aligned with firm and industry strategies. Collaborating closely with the BD Market Leader and their team, this role involves developing and executing strategies to generate new leads, opportunities, and revenue.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and five (5) or more years of business development experience in a professional services environment or industry relevant firm, required
• Bachelor’s degree, required; major in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Communications, preferred; and three (3) or more years of business development, marketing, and/or project management related experience in a professional services environment, required
• Successful track record of interacting and building relationships with clients (internal and/or external), required
• Prior experience working in the professional services direct sales industry or in an analyst, development, or marketing role at a financial services firm, including but not limited to experience with accounting firms, investment banking or private equity firms, personnel recruiting, business journals sales, financial consulting, business advisory services, and/or banking industry, preferred
