Manager, Core Tax Services - Corporate/ASC 740

The Core Tax Services Manager – ASC740 is responsible for advising clients on the tax implications of their business objectives, evaluating and selecting alternative actions to lessen tax burden and cost of compliance, identifying different methods of complying with tax regulations while acting as the primary client contact for complex corporate tax and ASC 740 tax issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation
• 5+ years of experience in managing the process of preparing and auditing ASC740 computations
• CPA certification, Attorney, or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (EA) designation
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools and tax research databases such as BNA and RIA
