
Job description
We're looking for an experienced Client Services Officer to manage the end-to-end client service experience, working closely with Advisers to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. The role involves delivering operational and administrative support across the firm's high net worth client base, assisting advisers with client queries, and preparing for client reviews.
Deliver end-to-end operational and administrative support, assist advisers with client queries, prepare for client reviews, implement recommendations from Statements of Advice, and maintain and update client records.
Brings strong, hands-on experience in a Client Service Officer role, able to work effectively within a developing team environment, and has a strong understanding of financial planning administration, processes, and documentation.
