Job Description
We're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to help us deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining a fast-moving hiring process that remains organized and efficient.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of recruiting coordination or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated success in multitasking and coordinating parallel deadlines
- Professional, responsive, and positive attitude with candidates and colleagues
- Proficiency with GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) and familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby)
