Maintenance Technician II

Maintenance Technician II responsible for performing skilled maintenance functions, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks. Must live within 30 minutes of the property. $1,000 sign on bonus for new hires.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of related experience
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and/or carpentry
• Trade school or college degree (preferred)
• CAMT certification (preferred)
• Completion of Greenlight Maintenance Learning Plan (preferred)
