Maintenance Technician II

Maintenance Technician II responsible for performing skilled maintenance functions, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks, at a multifamily housing property in Hyde Park, MA. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of related experience.

Requirements

• Performs clean out and demo work for turnover related responsibilities
• Performs general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair and finish carpentry
• Monitors and organizes inventory
• Picks up and delivers supplies using company or personal vehicle
• Removes snow from property during any and at all hours
• Maintains grounds by mowing lawns, pruning trees and shrubs, and removing weeds and debris
