Maintenance Technician II

Maintenance Technician II will perform various skilled maintenance functions, including minor repairs, clean out and demo work, carpentry duties, and more. Must live within 30 minutes of the property.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of related experience
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and/or carpentry
• Skilled in at least 2 trades (electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and carpentry, etc.)
• Maintains a valid driver's license
• Technical proficiency with cell phones and tablets
• Ability to speak and understand basic English
