Job Description
Beam's engineering team is building the core infrastructure for self-learning agents, turning AI into reliable, production-grade systems. As a Senior AI Agent Forward Deployment Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade AI automations tailored to real business processes. You'll work directly with clients to understand their requirements, break down complex workflows, and design prompt-driven agents that solve high-impact problems.
Requirements
- Drive the entire lifecycle of AI automation deployment
- Engage directly with customers across technical and executive teams
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and solutions teams
- Design agentic automations and engineer prompts
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to customers and internal teams
- Act as a strategic technical partner to customers
- Work with client-side and internal technical teams to scope and manage API-based integrations
