Job description
As a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be part of the BearingPoint Products team, contributing to the success of our product end-to-end. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, including SAP UI5, ABAP Cloud with RAP, SAP HANA, and others on SAP BTP. You will be responsible for translating architectural decisions into practical solutions, driving cloud maturity initiatives, and deploying, operating, and troubleshooting workloads on Azure infrastructure.
Your primary functions and tasks will include acting as the execution and implementation arm of the Cloud Architect, driving operationalization and standardization of cloud maturity initiatives, deploying and troubleshooting workloads, designing and maintaining automation workflows, and participating in architectural design and review sessions.
We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of hands-on experience in a Cloud Engineer role, working with Microsoft Azure in production environments. You should have strong practical experience with core Azure services, including networking, app services, storage, databases, DNS, compute services, and containerization. You should also have proven experience with Azure identity and security concepts, services, and tooling, as well as solid hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
