Capital Sales Manager - South of France

Hydrafacial is seeking a Capital Sales Manager to drive capital equipment sales in the South of France, targeting aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas. The role requires a proactive sales strategy, collaboration with internal teams, and a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical device sales and/or account management
• Proven success in capital equipment sales
• Experience selling into the aesthetics market
• Ability to overcome objections and navigate competitive conversations
• Demonstrated achievement of sales quotas and/or MBOs
• Ability to upsell strategically, forecast accurately, and leverage resources to meet goals
• Understanding of sales cycles and third-party financing strategies
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 90%
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
